We want you to love your natural skincare products, but if you are not completely satisfied, you may return items purchased directly from our site within 30 days of receipt. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and items must be in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid USPS return shipping label.

• 3.
  Pack Your Products

  Securely pack the items in their original box or a similar sturdy mailer and attach the return label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop the package at any USPS location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
